We transformed Thermaset’s LinkedIn presence with a strategic content plan, capturing their people, processes and expertise through high-quality storytelling.

As the UK’s largest privately owned powder coating manufacturer and supplier, Thermaset has led the sector for over 35 years with a reputation built on customer service, innovation, and quality. While its products and finishes were well known within the industry, Thermaset recognised the need to bring the same level of professionalism and leadership to its digital presence; particularly on LinkedIn, where clients and prospects increasingly engage with suppliers.

We partnered with Thermaset to build a strategic social media plan that aligned directly with its business and sales communications. The foundation of our approach was their proposition strapline, “Challenge us to find you a solution”, which we used as a springboard to showcase the company’s responsiveness, expertise and heritage.

To bring this to life, we placed Thermaset’s people and processes at the centre of the content strategy. Through dedicated photo and video shoots, we built a library of high-quality imagery and video assets, giving us the tools to create ongoing content that felt both authentic and professional.

The result was a revitalised LinkedIn presence: content that was consistent, strategic, and aligned with commercial objectives. By combining strong messaging with rich visuals, we helped Thermaset amplify its reputation, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and build authority with new audiences across the industry.
